Common questions
How does hourly pricing work?
Small projects under 20 hours are billed at $129/hr. Projects between 20 and 50 hours are $99/hr. For larger engagements (50+ hours), we discuss scope and provide a customized quote, often at a reduced effective rate. All prices are AUD excluding GST.
Is the discovery meeting really free?
Yes. The first discovery meeting (up to 60 minutes) is free. We use it to understand your business, current tools, and goals. You'll leave with a clear picture of what we'd recommend and an hour estimate, whether or not you proceed with us.
Do you provide a fixed quote?
For projects under 50 hours, we provide a scope and hour estimate before starting. For 50+ hour engagements, we can offer a fixed quote after discovery. If scope changes mid-project, we'll discuss it before additional hours are incurred.
Do you resell Zoho licenses?
We can help you purchase Zoho licenses, but our pricing is separate from Zoho's subscription fees. We're consultants and implementors, not license resellers. You buy Zoho directly (often at better rates than through a partner markup).
What if the project takes longer than estimated?
We log hours transparently and share timesheets with you. If we're approaching the estimate, we'll flag it and discuss options: extend scope, descope, or pause. No surprise invoices.
Are prices in AUD?
Yes. All hourly rates are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST applies to Australian business customers.
